Risk Policy and Framework Training Works

Service Description

The Risk Policy and Framework Training Workshop is a facilitated session to guide participants through the best practices in the development of risk policies and frameworks and to highlight specific opportunities for effective engagement at the outset of a risk management program. The Workshop will address risk appetite and risk tolerance, which will be used in follow-on workshops. The participants will produce or enhance a draft risk policy and framework.
