Service Description

The Organizational Value Chain Workshop is a facilitated session to assist participants to identify, prioritize, and document key business activities to focus for Business Continuity (BC) planning and resources. The participants will produce or enhance a draft prioritized list of key business activities for further analysis by the organization or in the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Workshop.
