Service Description

The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Workshop is a facilitated session to introduce participants to developing and using a BCP as a tool to implement the business continuity strategies during emergencies and crises. The participants will take part in a simulation to examine the effectiveness of the participant’s own BCP or an example if a BCP is not available.
