The Business Continuity (BC) Foundations Course is designed to provide a thorough overview of the structure and application of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). The course uses real-world examples, exercises, and simulations to provide participants with greater insight into the theory and implementation of an effective BCMS. By the end of the seminar, participants will be able to articulate the components of the process as they apply to their own organizations, have the skills to assess their level of effectiveness during times of emergency or crisis, and have the knowledge to develop basic implementation plans. 8 hours over 4 days.
