This workshop is designed to facilitate an assessment of the existing risk management program of the client.  The participants will identify ​challenges, opportunities, actions for improvement, required resources, and expected outcomes.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to articulate the status of their risk management program and actions required for improvement.   The participants will have the tools and experience to conduct assessments in the future.  In addition, the client will receive a workshop report with observations.
